Senior Saints Ministry
Minister Ellihue Henderson, Jr., Director
Vacant, Co-Director

The mission of the Mount Zion Senior Saints Ministry is to maintain a ministry that enables senior saints to more actively participate in church activities, provide assistance as needed, and create fellowship opportunities with our sick & shut-in and other seniors in the Christian community.  The ministry actively engages in several fellowship opportunities throughout the year.  We have an annual Spring Tea, Senior Cruise, and Elderly Information Sessions just to name a few.  Our most notable activity is our visits to MZBC sick and shut-in's home to fellowship.  The greatest impact of the ministry is its buddy system.  Our buddies are the heart of the ministry.

The Mount Zion Single Adults’ Ministry provides an environment that encourages single adults to celebrate the gift of singleness, embrace their God given purpose, and serve those in the church and community with the love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Mount Zion singles are encouraged and empowered through Biblical study and Christian Fellowship.

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,”  Ephesians 3:17-20. (KJV)
